What is your returns policy?
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Peppy Chapette.
Faulty/damaged items
In the unlikely event of your item being faulty, please contact us at hello@peppychapette.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will organise a full refund.
If we require you to return the item back to us we will refund the return postage cost. Please make sure you enclose the postage receipt.
Change of mind
It is possible to exchange or refund a ‘change of mind’ purchase. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@peppychapette.com.
Please return the item to us in the original packaging with the label attached and in the same condition as you received it, within 7 days of telling us that you wish to return it. Return postage for change of mind purchases will be at the buyers expense.
Exclusions
NOTE – Our ‘change of mind’ policy does not apply to earrings for hygienic reasons, and does not apply to sale items or returns based on colour differences.
Please be aware that actual colours may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings and is not under our control. Some of the swirly acrylics we use have large colour variances which makes each piece very different and therefor unique. The variance of colour and swirl distribution is not considered a fault and we cannot control colour differences on each piece.
What are your shipping terms?
Australian and International Shipping is via Australia Post. All overseas shipments are tracked.
We are currently shipping to the UK ONLY for orders over $260 AUD due to recent VAT changes.
We ship to most countries. You can check specific rates in the shopping cart – select ‘Calculate Shipping’. Please contact us if the calculation does not work for your destination.
In stock: Please allow up to 10 business days processing time, plus usual postal delivery time for your order.
Preorder: Please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks processing time, plus usual postal delivery time for your order.
You are welcome to select Express Post, but please be aware it only guarantees next day delivery (for most areas in AU) once the order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for Australian orders over $200 and International Orders over $300. Any orders sent with free shipping are sent via regular post services (express post is available for an addition fee).
My parcel is missing, what can you do?
Any parcels that go missing in transit need to be investigated by Australia Post. They may or may not decide to reimburse for the lost items. Peppy Chapette does not accept any responsibility for refunding lost parcels unless Australia Post agrees to reimburse the cost.
If your parcel is marked "return to sender" you will be asked to cover the postage cost to have it re-sent.
